It was a long journey: six years in search for the best ingredients to make the best natural chilli sauce.
In Africa, Bird's Eye Chillies were a find. A product of sustainable farming by small producers, to whom Mondega Gourmet financed the seeds in order to be able to add this rarity to their recipe.
The mixing of the ingredients was done in Portugal, as if preparing a magic potion, an alchemy; following the long maceration, the must separation and the selection of the best batches, the perfect elixir was obtained. Unique, exclusive and rare, a handmade production that, just like love, “burns unseen”.
