VILA VITA Rosenpark
Nico Mordhorst was born in 1976. His passion for cooking developed as a child, influenced by his grandparents and their home grown products.
His experience is made of the time he spent in Austria and Switzerland, the 5 years at the Meierei Dirk Luther restaurant in the Alter Meierhof Hotel in Glücksburg and another 5 years at the Sansibar Restaurant in Sylt, Germany.
He's been Chef de Cuisine at VILA VITA Rosenpark, in Marburg, Germany, since 2009 as well as a kitchen master and instructor at the Business Academy in Glücksburg. He prefers fresh seasonal kitchen, where the product is the star, preferably everything that comes from the sea. His cooking has a slight Asian touch, but also Mediterranean & French.
