The cuisine of Karlheinz Hauser, who is born in Baden 1967, has been awarded many times by critics of the gourmet cuisine all over the world.
Karlheinz Hauser has already received the twentieht consecutive year the coveted Five Star Diamond Award, which honors "outstanding achievements in the luxury segment". His knowledge when it comes to fine dining, catering and banquet, Karlheinz Hauser has learned it from the german top chefs. He was decisively influenced by Eckart Witzigmann (1990-1992). After his subsequent time at Gerd Käfer, where he organized caterings and banquets around the world, he made his way to Berlin.
As executive chef and culinary director at the Hotel Adlon, he organized large banquets for national and international celebrities and high-class diners at Schloss Bellevue. In spring 2002, Karlheinz Hauser followed the call of Hamburg to the Süllberg. Since then, the Süllberg shines in new splendor.
Also for almost 8 years Karlheinz Hauser is the supporting character in front of the TV cameras of the "ARD Buffet" TV show. Every Monday he shows his culinary skills in the live broadcast. Since two years Karlheinz Hauser is one of the juror at the popular cooking show "The Kitchen Battle". Repeatedly Karlheinz Hauser is welcome to talk-shows or as a protagonist of diffenrent TV documentaries. The NDR Nord reportage "Star chef at the Christmas rush" achieved record ratings in December 2011.
