Contemporary art at Ocean’s dining table

This dinner could have happened at the Museum of Modern Art in New York (MoMA), where Thomas Allan leaves his daily personal seal by bringing real contemporary gastronomic art to the guest’s plate at The Modern.
This prodigy boy started very early and has worked in some of the best restaurants in the world. At Ocean, he surprised us with icons from New York like the egg dish “Eggs on Eggs on Eggs” on brioche, and the croissant, a re-creation of a pretzel with mustard.
The dessert was taken care of by his talented pastry Chef Jiho Kim who completed the true work of art brought to the table. And the Californian wines, from Realm Cellars, definitely were the perfect pairing to the dishes.
A four hand dinner, that brought New York to the Ocean, where Hans Neuner and his team, once again, welcomed everyone with an absolutely incredible performance!
